Who we are

Tobico (トビコ) is a small web and IT team based in Tokyo. This notice explains how we handle the personal information you send us through the contact form on tobico.co.

What we collect

Your name and email address
Your business name, if you give it
Your message, what you're interested in, and the language you'd like us to reply in

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a call, and prepare a proposal or quote you asked for. We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to, and we don't sell your information.

Services that handle it for us

Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) receives the form and forwards it to our inbox.
Google (Gmail) stores the email we receive.
Vercel hosts this site, and Google Fonts serves its fonts; both process technical data such as your IP address when you load a page.

These services may store data outside Japan, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to talk with you and to work together if you become a customer. Ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, stop using or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request through the contact form and we will reply.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
